4 years ago Blackberry was the only real choice for corporations, business and professionals. How things have changed since the launch of the iPhone and other smartphones. Commenting from personal experience their quality control has gone out the window. I recent heard of one customer that had to exchange a Blackberry Bold 9900 3 times, 2 of which were faulty the moment they came out of the box. And the battery life on the new Bold is terrible. Their loss of market share and the recent announce of their first loss since 2004 is not surprising. The device that use to be called the “Crackberry” because of its highly addictive features is fast becoming the “Crapberry” . I would recommend an Android an iPhone or dare I say it even a Windows 7 phone over a Blackberry any day of the week.
